Who can enter.
Legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. who are 18 or older when they enter (19 or older in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 or older in Mississippi). Not open in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories. Our owners, their families and the people they live with can't enter.
Entry period.
Starts Oct 17, 2026 and ends Dec 13, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Our website's clock is the official clock for the giveaway.
How to enter.
Free online: fill out the form on this page. At our booth: spend $25 or more, or just ask, and we'll enter you with the same form on our tablet. Online order: a paid order of $25 or more (before tax and shipping) at beezbotanicalsco.com during the entry period enters the email on the order automatically. Every way of entering counts the same.
One entry per person.
However many times or ways you enter, you get one entry. Entries using more than one email address, made by a script or bot, or made for someone without their OK are void.
The prize.
One Monstera deliciosa 'Electrolyte'. Approximate retail value: $150. It's a living plant, so its leaves, size and variegation will differ from any photo. No cash or other substitute, except that if we can't send this plant, we may send a plant of equal or greater value instead. The prize can't be transferred.
Drawing and odds.
We draw one winner at random on Dec 14, 2026 from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner.
We email the winner at the address they entered with (or the email on their order). The winner must answer within 48 hours and confirm they're eligible, or the prize is forfeited and we draw an alternate the same way. Where the law allows, we announce the winner on Instagram (@beezbotanicals.co) by first name and last initial.
Shipping.
We ship the plant free to the winner's address in the 48 contiguous states or D.C., before Christmas if the winner answers in time, packed for cold weather. If it's too cold where it's going to ship a live plant safely, we'll agree on a later ship date with the winner. If it arrives damaged, send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we'll replace it with the same plant or one of equal or greater value.
Taxes.
The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.
Privacy.
We use what you enter only to run this giveaway and contact the winner. If you tick the box for news, we'll also email you about new plants and shows, and we'll stop whenever you ask. We never sell your information.
Our right to change or cancel.
If fraud, a technical problem or anything else beyond our control spoils the giveaway, we may change or cancel it and draw from the eligible entries received before the problem. We may disqualify anyone who breaks these rules or tampers with entering.
Releases.
By entering, you agree to these rules and to our decisions, which are final. Except where the law doesn't allow it, the winner releases Beez Botanicals Co. and its owners from claims about the prize or the giveaway.
